SMU DDE has commenced admissions to all approved programs pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Sikkim (in WP No. 4 of 2013) dated 22.2.2013, by which the Hon'ble Court has permitted the University to continue acting in terms of earlier recognition, namely, recognition dated 15.10.2009 granted by DEC.
