The Department of Periodontology, Manipal College Dental Sciences, Mangalore conducted a Future Dental Professional Program on March 21 and 22, 2014 in collaboration with Colgate Palmolive India Pvt Limited and the Indian Dental Association, Dakshina Kannada Branch. The two-day program consisted of an e-poster competition for the undergraduates, interns and the postgraduates. This was followed by a series of scientific lectures on oral health.

Dr Keertilatha M Pai, Associate Dean, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal was the chief guest and Dr Dilip G Naik, Dean, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore graced the occasion. Others present were Dr. Ashita Uppoor, College Coordinator, Dr. Karthik Shetty, IDA Secretary, Dakshina Kannada Branch and Mr. Venu, Manager, Colgate.
