Dr. Devyani Bahl, Intern, has been selected as the climate counsellor from India, for the Green revolution global certification programme phase. Green revolution is an initiative by ICCE supported by UNITED NATIONS framework convention on climate change, resource support by NASA climate change and world bank institute. She was selected after a telephonic interview.
