Ms Nikitha Sibil Rebello (Psychologist; PhD Scholar, DoHP; PSPH, MAHE, Manipal)  was the resource person as she addressed adolescents on 'Helping adolescents cope with change and challenge' and parents on 'Parenting adolescents: Strategies for connection and guidance' at the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) meeting held at St Lawrence PU College (High school section), Moodubelle, Udupi on Tuesday, August 06, 2024. The session aimed to enhance awareness among adolescents and their parents regarding parenting, mental health, effective communication, and building strong relationships, providing valuable guidance and support to the audience.
