We were delighted to host students and faculty from Tampere University, Finland, Europe at Prasanna School of Public Health, Manipal Academy of Higher Education -MAHE, as part of the Student Exchange Programme - Team Finland Knowledge Grant, held from February 22 to March 01, 2025.

The programme featured field visits to key public health sites and expert lectures, offering participants an immersive learning experience into India’s diverse public health landscape.

This enriching exchange was part of the Team Finland Knowledge Grant, with Dr. Kumar Sumit (PSPH, MAHE) serving as Co-investigator alongside Dr Tarja Kinnunen (Tampere University).

Such initiatives continue to strengthen international partnerships and foster experiential learning, equipping students with global perspectives in public health education.
