Manipal Health Literacy Unit (MHLU), Department of Social and Health Innovation (DoSHI),  Manipal and Asian Health Literacy Association (AHLA) jointly organized the Health Literacy Webinar – 4 on Dementia Literacy: Advancement and Future Research and Mental Health Literacy.''

The resource persons  were Dr Adwoa Owusuaa Koduah, School of Nursing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Dr Varalakshmi Chandrasekaran, Associate Professor, DoHP, PSPH, MAHE, Manipal.

Mental health affects people in India and all over the world, the problems people with mental health issues face in their daily lives, what can be done to help such people, how the acquaintances of people with mental health issues can help them, regarding the findings of research studies that have been done regarding dementia, mental health, etc were discussed.
