Topic: Bridging Vision and Implementation: Policy Formulation and Proposal Design.

Mr Sobins Kuriakose (World Bank Consultant; Adjunct Faculty, PSPH, MAHE, Manipal) was the resource person (speaker) for the orientation programme.
