The Department of Commerce, MAHE, Manipal, in association with Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), Department of Community Medicine, KMC Manipal, Department of Public Policy, MAHE Bengaluru, and TAPMI Bengaluru, is set to host Upahaar, National Seminar on Upcycled Food System: Challenges, Opportunities, and Pathways.
This seminar aims to explore innovative approaches to sustainable food systems by addressing challenges and opportunities in upcycling food waste. Experts from diverse fields will share insights on reducing food waste, promoting circular economy practices, and creating sustainable food solutions.
