World No Tobacco Day 2024

The Departments of Public Health Dentistry, Oral Medicine and Radiology, and the Tobacco Cessation Clinic at the Manipal College of Dental Sciences (MCODS), Manipal, will organise a sensitisation programme in observance of World No Tobacco Day.

This year's World No Tobacco Day theme is "Protecting Children from Tobacco Industry Interference." The focus will be on raising awareness about the aggressive tactics used by the tobacco industry to target young people and the importance of safeguarding our children from these harmful influences.
