Alumni engagement guest lecture series – 07/2023

An alumni engagement guest lecture series – 07/2023, was organized by the Pillar IV team on the topic ‘Magnet recognition program for the hospitals’ on 29 April 2023 from 2 pm to 3 pm. Dr. Sudha A Raddi, an alumnus of MCON, Assistant Professor, College of Applied Medical Sciences, Department of Nursing, University of Bisha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was the speaker. Dr. Sudha explained the purposes and importance of magnet recognition and elaborated on the models. She added that achieving magnet recognition is an honor for the nursing profession and with this recognition, the hospitals are able to attract skilled nurses and achieve superior clinical outcomes. A total of 52 faculty and 12 PhD scholars attended the session.
