Mr Manjunath Prabhu, Principal of the school welcomed Dr Blessy Prabha Valsaraj, Associate Professor, Ms Banbetlin Hynniewta and Mr Manish Kaushik, MSc Nursing students of Manipal College of Nursing Manipal. In his welcome address, he stressed the need for managing stress, in this fast and changing society. Programme started at 12.00 noon.

About 210 students of class 8th and 9th Standards and four teachers attended the session. Ms Banbetlin Hynniewta elaborated on management of stress among adolescents and explained the ways to remain happy and stress free.
 

The students actively participated in the interactions and a video was shown on how to manage life’s challenges. They were able to understand and interpret the video. Feedback on the programme was given by the teachers and students. The programme came to an end by 12.40 pm, with vote of thanks by Mr Manjunath Prabhu, Principal of the school, and he assured his full co-operation in such professional interactions with the students in future.
