REPORT ON UTSAV - 2025
March 30, 2025
UTSAV 2025, organised by the Cultural Coordination Committee of MAHE from March 24 to 28, 2025, was a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and tradition. This year’s theme, “Tribal Communities of India,” beautifully showcased the richness and diversity of Indigenous heritage. Manipal College of Nursing participated actively in 39 out of the 40 events conducted and proudly secured 5th place with a total of 62 points. Students from different MAHE campuses brought great enthusiasm and spirit to the fest, with Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore securing first place. Our students demonstrated exceptional dedication, talent, and teamwork throughout the event, contributing meaningfully to the cultural fabric of Utsav 2025.
In addition to student participation, faculty members from our college also attended the staff competitions, further enhancing the sense of community and engagement across all levels. The overall participation and coordination from our college were effectively led by Cultural Committee Advisor Dr. Vinish and Co-Advisor Dr. Sushmitha Karkada. Along with the leadership of the student chairperson, Ms. Angel Jossie, and the secretary, Ms. Achanchala. Utsav 2025 was not only a showcase of talent but also a memorable experience that brought students and faculty together in a meaningful celebration of culture and unity.
