FRESHERS DAY REPORT - 2024

Student Nurses Association organised the Freshers' Day 2024 on August 16, 2024, to welcome the new batch of BSc Nursing and Post Basic BSc Nursing students to the MCON family at Dr. TMA Pai Hall. Invocation was rendered by Ms Suhani Chander and the team, from the VI semester BSc Nursing. Mr. Farhan K Abdulla, SNA President, welcomed the gathering. Various entertainment program was organised by different batches of students.

Dr. Judith A. Noronha, Dean MCON, Manipal, welcomed all the fresher’s to the MCON family and advised students on tips to excel in studies and to avoid all types of distractions surrounding them.

Mr and Miss Fresher event was conducted for the new batch of students, where Mr. Jonathan Castelino and Ms. Suzann Anna George of I semester BSc Nursing were crowned as Mr and Miss MCON 2024. Following which, the fresher’s entertained the gathering with various mind blowing performances.

Ms. Angel Jossie, SNA Cultural Committee Chairperson, concluded the program with a vote of thanks. Ms. Freena Castelino and Ms. Jennifer Sinu of V semester BSc Nursing compered the program.
