The Staff welfare committee of Manipal College of Nursing, MAHE, Manipal organized a Family day for the families of teaching and non-teaching staffs of Manipal College of Nursing (MCON) & Manipal School of Nursing (MSON) in the evening of 4th January 2020 at the Interact Lecture Hall Gd, KMC, Manipal. Dr Anice George, Dean, MCON, Manipal welcomed the gathering. She also expressed her happiness on ‘children enjoying’ family day and family members interacting with each other.
Faculty members, children and spouses performed various cultural programmes and entertained the gathering. Children and staffs with their spouses were involved in playing games which was organized by Mrs Shalini G Nayak and her team. Winners were awarded with prizes. A memorable evening where all the family members and children relaxed and enjoyed the program with fun laughter and sumptuous dinner.
Dr. Judith A Noronha, Associate Dean, expressed words of gratitude to family members for attending the program in large number. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs Pratibha Kamath, Chairperson, Staff welfare committee, MCON Manipal.
