Dr. Elissa Ladd, Global Health Coordinator and Dr. Patricia Lussier-Duynstee, Assistant Dean, MGH Institute of Health Professions, Boston were the resource persons for the CNE.

Dr. Elissa Ladd gave an in-depth understanding of structure, process and outcome model in terms of Health Policy research and Dr. Patricia explained on policy change with appropriate examples. The session was interactive and interesting for the participants. The programme was attended by all the faculty of Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal school of Nursing and PG students of the Department of Commerce.
