Guest lecture on “Caring to care, post grief- what do bereaved parents tell us?”

Dr. Toni Bewley, a senior teaching fellow at Edgehill University, UK, and an adjunct faculty of Manipal College of Nursing, shared her experiences on "Caring to Care: Post-Grief: grief- what do bereaved parents tell us” on January 16, 2024, at 09:00 AM.  

In her talk, she emphasized the varied needs of the parents used for coping with the loss of bereaved ones. She even stressed the areas where we should sensitize ourselves to initiate appropriate communication with the parents undergoing stress and grief. This session was attended by the eight faculty members of the Department of Fundamentals of Nursing, MAHE, Manipal.
