Dr. Judith Angelitta Noronha, Associate Dean introduced the Chief Guest and delivered the welcome address. The Chief Guest in his address emphasized the importance of sports for a healthy life. Inaugural function ended with vote of thanks by Mrs. Sowmya, Asst. Lecturer, MSON, Manipal.

The students from 14 constituent institutions of Manipal Academy of Higher Education participated in the event with full sportsman spirit. The valedictory function was held on 8th March 2016. Dr. Annamma Kurien, Associate Dean, MMMC, Manipal was the Chief Guest.
Dr. Anice George, Dean introduced the Chief Guest and delivered the welcome address. The Chief Guest congratulated all the participants and awarded the prizes to the winners.  

The winners among men was School of Management team and the runner up was MUTD team, Manipal. The winner among women was SOAHS team and runner up was KMC Mangalore. The programme ended with vote of thanks by Mrs. Shalini G Nayak, Lecturer, MCON Manipal.
The programme was coordinated by Ms. Malathi G Nayak, Sports Advisor, MCON Manipal and Ms. Shanthi P, Assistant Director, Physical Education Department KMC, Manipal.
