REPORT OF ALUMNI GUEST LECTURE - 06/2024

Manipal School of Nursing MCON, MAHE, MANIPAL organized an Effective Alumni Engagement Guest Lecture Series - 06/2024 on “Role of a Nurse in Dialysis Unit” on October 1, 2024, from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Ms. Prameela Seravo, Enrolled Nurse, at NKF Dialysis Center, Singapore, highlighted the definition, initial assessment of dialysis patients, and care of fistulas. She emphasized dialysis procedures and precautions to be taken while handling clients, and she also encouraged the audience to discuss dialysis. The target audience was 60 third-year diploma nursing students.
